Our ethos is not just to fix systems that may have developed a fault, it is to keep them in the condition that they were first purchased in.  Planned maintenance of your systems will reduce system downtime and extend the working life of your equipment.

ADS offer a range of cost effective service packages designed to balance the required level of service with the budget you have available. We also undertake maintenance on many older systems, and systems installed by third party providers. It is important that you can choose the package you think most suits the previous service behaviour of the equipment installed.

At all levels of contract we include 24 working hour callout from 8am - 5pm, Mon - Fri (excluding Bank Holidays).  At all levels of contract we will endeavour to leave loan equipment on site whilst equipment is being repaired.

Many clients are already enjoying the benefits that our maintenance contracts bring to the condition of their systems, and to their budgets.  Bespoke packages are also operated outside the set levels above, and are available on request.

Our maintenance packages can be described as follows:

Fully Comprehensive Cover

  • Fully comprehensive maintenance package, including all labour and parts, with one preventative maintenance visit per annum.

Labour Inclusive Cover

  • Labour inclusive maintenance package includes all labour required to fix faults, any replacement equipment required is charged at discounted trade price, with one preventative visit per annum.

Pay As You Go Level

  • Labour and equipment chargeable at discounted contract rates, with one preventative maintenance visit per annum.
